SDSL strives to provide carefully selected, trained, motivated, and committed security officials. We carry out intensive training to convert our recruits into professional security guards, covering standard operating procedures, patrol and surveillance, first aid, report writing, and self-defense, among other practical and theoretical subjects.
Every guard who completes training and deployment is issued practical, durable uniforms and field equipment.

Medical Fitness
A hospital examination confirms physical and mental fitness for deployment.
Training & Deployment
Successful recruits complete practical and theoretical training before site deployment.
